Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 24–48 hours notice, based on availability.
In case of severe weather, sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
